Our A/C had 3 leaks in it, and Duke Energy failed to cover these damages despite the fact I had purchased a coverage plan with them. ServiceOne gave me a great quote and our technician Otto was super knowledgeable, personable and all around a great person whom we felt very confident with. I received another quote from Ferran that was nearly $1,000 more than what ServiceOne quoted, and for a unit that wasn't as efficient.
