"I contacted Greg after I turned on the heater for the first time and noticed a burning smell coming from the ducts. While they were booked out three days in the future, Greg found a way to work us into the schedule the same day. Within hours, they had the problem diagnosed and had located the parts needed to fix it--all at a fair and reasonable cost.
