From the moment Deena took our phone call till Rob and Ian arrived at our home and completed the work on-site, these incredibly talented and professional people did their job on time, as promised, with courtesy and knowledge and quickly identified and fixed both our heating and air conditioning issues that three other companies that we paid big money to in the past could not figure out. Their reasonable bill for quality work was another surprise. And they were COVID compliant and respectful with masks AND gloves which made us feel comfortable (as senior citizens) having them come into our home to do work."

"For the past 4 years I have depended on Cromwell Energy to perform annual preventive maintenace on my two furnaces / AC units, plus hot water heater. They always show up on time, friendly techs who know their trade, and are very thorough in assesing each component. They are neat in their work and clean up after the job is done. If there is ever a need for a call-back due to a minor item, they are prompt to respond and courteous. Their charges are reasonable for the amount of time and marerials they use.
