"Knowing that our furnace/air conditioning unit was original to our 23 year old home, we received an estimate for a replacement a year ago.  Trying to forestall the expense as long as possible, we had to bite the bullet and schedule the replacement when cracks were found in the heat exchanger.  We were pleasantly surprised to find that the price that was quoted the previous year was still applicable.  Before the installation, a crew member came to the house to review the work.  The installers arrived on time and worked continuously until the job was complete.  The unit needed to be lifted a bit higher than the old one and the crew initially did that by placing redwood ties underneath.  We were a bit concerned with future rotting of the wood and they accommodated us by replacing the wood with concrete blocks.  The following week another crew member did some kind of readings and completed the paperwork so we could receive an APS rebate.  We had a bit of a hiccup resulting from the movement of an electrical outlet necessitated by the need for a new return, but that issue was resolved to our satisfaction.  All in all we were very satisfied with all of the employees we encountered at Chino and continue to use the company to maintain our system."
