"Called AR in the morning and spoke with Corey, very nice and friendly and informative, although their service call charge was higher their overall invoice was 1/2 the price of other quotes i had received. The tech came out (Joshua) called me with detailed informtion and had our unit up and running by 4pm. I could not ask for better service these guys are professional in all ways. Thank you! and i will definitely use AR Air Conditioning & Heating again."

"These guys are awesome!!!! I woke up at 8am Sunday morning in JULY and my AC WAS OUT! I called three other companies and they either did not answer or I left a message. When I called Metro AC Dewayne answered and told me he could have someone out today, he also explained their emergency call service fee of $150.00 but I totally understood since it was Sunday morning. He took my information and told me a technician would call me within the hour. Larry, the technician called me about 15 min later and said he could be there by 1000am. Dewayne called me back about 45 min later to make sure Larry had called me and set up a time. Larry showed up at around 950. I showed him where the compressor was and that it had been running but the fan had not been spinning. He looked at everything and came in and explained he felt it was only the capacitor but it might be the motor. His plan was the replace capacitor and if that didn't work we would change out the motor. He replaced the capacitor, checked the pressures and temps coming out of AC, changed out my air filter (which he did not have to do) and was done by 1100!! Larry was nice and used shoe covers and was very professional! Metro air conditioning will be my new go to AC and heating repair and maintenance shop!!"

"If you are looking for new A/C systems - look no further. The team at Enoch is the best I’ve ever seen. I have never seen a large HVAC vendor that the owner of the company came out to do the original walk through. Miles (the owner) is professional and extremely knowledgeable. Not only was his bid incredibly competitive - he also notice that we wanted to have two crews to handle the large home project we had done for new A/C and furnace solutions. The work was done all in one day and they spend extra time cleaning up after all the work was done. Then the next day Miles called me back to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. If you are getting bids for new AC systems - you must have Enoch come out and give you a bid. I rank them a 10 out of 10. The best I’ve ever seen."

"HVAC system went out and needed a new one on short notice. Team Enoch responded the same day and were out 2 days later to replace the HVAC system. Installation was done meticulously and with great care and the price was very fair. We paid about $6000 for a 4 ton American Standard (aka Trane) system. The first company that quoted me estimated $8900 for the exact same system and undoubtedly lower quality of work (Abundant Air Condition and Heating). Miles was my point of contact and did not try to push a sale and encouraged me to do some research for myself. "He works on Sundays for no extra charge. When I did the request to be contacted by three companies, he called within 30 minutes and was at my house two hours later. Haven't heard from the other two. Very professional. The charge was $300 to unplug lines in air conditioning units (2) and install safety valves that will turn off A/C if leaks occur. I called because my house smelled like mothballs!"
