He removed materials, including a used filter, apparently left from prior workers from the attic, found leaks in the duct work due to deteriorating duct tape, and did a thorough cleaning of the condenser coils that had been clogged from a nearby tree. He instructed me on details for more efficient use, was very courteous, professional and thorough. The air conditioner was clearly more efficient immediately. I appreciate Michael R and Sierra Pacific for their professionalism and integrity."
