"Jack at A-Anderson came out on very short notice on a Sunday night to look at our AC unit. He spent 1.5 hours testing and evaluating the unit to determine the problem. He replaced a faulty capacitor and added some Puron at a very reasonable price. He closed up the unit and cranked it up - we've been cool ever since.
