"As a member of their maintenance club, I get a spring and fall maintenance visit included. Just had Neal from Trusted Heating and Cooling out to do the fall visit. He was very thorough, cleaned and tuned everything up, and in addition, explained to me how the whole system worked, and what all those pipes and wires do, exactly. (Who knew there's a little light that blinks out a code if something is wrong?) Very happy with the service.

"I had this scheduled for a specific time. I work at home and cancelled a meeting so I could get them started. They called about a half hour prior and said they would be late so they showed up during another meeting (uhhgg). They did a good job. A team of 3 guys took off all my covers and cleaned them. They were pretty quick and efficient and professional. The only complaint I have is the whole duct cleaning was a $149 special and you could purchase "add on" services. I wanted my dryer duct cleaned which is a $75 service (but they do it for $50 for Angies list customer). They did this and it didn't take any longer or more effort than a regular duct and it was a third of the price of all the duct cleaning. A few days after they left my wife found all the lint from the cleaned out duct crammed into the outlet in our alley way, so their vacuum equipment apparently didn't work so well. I've never had my ducts cleaned before so I don't know what to compare it to.

Since I can do most of my services remotely with you over the phone, I am hoping to eventually open up to larger markets and help people from having to take their computer in to get it fixed, if it has internet access, I can usually fix it over the Internet. Just trying to do more to help my Angies List customers!!******** I am a sole proprietor that works out of my home. I am my only employee, but I have over 20 years experience fixing computers, and providing superior customer service. I work on a flat rate service, and don't charge by the hour because I feel it's important to educate the customer on what the issue is/was, and how to avoid it in the future. I feel that local service companies (my competition) have been overcharging customers for years. I offer a first time customer discount of 10% but I will offer 15% off for first time customers referred by Angies List. I've lived in the Huntsville area most all my life, so I know the area very well. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself. Lastly, I should point out that I am a former offensive lineman for the University of Southern Mississippi and was Brett Favre's center his freshman year at Southern. I went on to play for Tom Landry in his last year, but gave up pro football early on to pursue my passion of fixing computers. If I didn't have bills to pay, I would do this for free because I love it! If you have a computer problem, I promise you that you couldn't find a better technician that will care about you as a customer, and not about the bottom line. I am always available, but don't always answer my phone, but if you leave a message, I promise to back with you as soon as possible...and figure out how to get your issue resolved in a quick, efficient and economical manner. "They did break a mirror but they handled it with them to their shop and they were able to replace the mirror and they gave it back to me and it's in good condition. They were pretty expensive after the deal. They should have had more regard as far as the furniture in the house to be a little more conscientious of trying to keep from scratchy floors. They might have scratched the floors a little bit. If they were just a little more careful they wouldn't have broken the mirror in the first place. They did a pretty good job and the price was fair. I feel like they charged a little bit more but with the big deal though it was a good price. Other than that I thought they did a pretty good job."

"We received several quotes when we needed to replace our AC, we decided to go with Sears because of their reputation, longevity and price. They scheduled the installation within a few days, even in the middle of summer in Phoenix. The Tech did take a little longer then expected but it wasn't his fault that our old unit was rusted in place. He stayed until the job was done and made sure everything was operating properly. We are very happy with our new unit and would recommend them."
