"The whole team was super helpful. Angi was so helpful during scheduling and working with us on the one minor issue we had during the install process. Leo was super knowledgeable and explained how the process would go. The two technicians Devin/James were professional and communicated well. Their price was very competitive compared to the quotes we got from multiple competitors and we were able to get a more efficient system. The only issue we had was the blower was putting off way more force than we wanted, the technicians fixed this but it required us to get a new thermostat which Angi scheduled Leo to come in and install free of charge. "I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."
