Since I have a contract with McCrea, I was not charged for the part that was to be replaced on my unit. My house is slowly cooling down as it was 90 degrees inside my home when she arrived this morning. My house lost the air conditioning on the Fourth of July and on a very hot day. "It was an all-around good service & project. I had a large out-building that used to have electric to it. I wanted to add electric to the building in hopes that if I had to sell, then electric to the building would increase the sale-ability of the property. It was an extensive project. They had to dig a trench from the house to the bldg, add a panel box, run wiring through the 36'x36' 2-story salt-box style bldg, provided light fixtures, outlets, etc... a few days after the project was completed, a large rainstorm washed out some of the trenching. They came out within a day or 2 after the storm & filled back in the collapsed trenching."
