"I was so pleased that the air conditioner repairman, Scott, who fixed my air conditioner on short notice did an exceptional job. We cannot express enough gratitude for his work. He arrived promptly and efficiently diagnosed the issue with my air conditioner. Despite the urgency, he remained calm and composed, assuring us that he would resolve the problem. True to his word, his expertise and professionalism were evident throughout the repair process, restoring cool air to our home. "I called Airwise after my former HVAC contractor diagnosed my furnace as having a seized oil pump. They quoted me over $1,300 to replace the pump and perform other services necessary to repair my furnace. They installed the furnace less than 3 years ago and this was the second oil pump that supposedly seized. Needless to say, I fired them. When Airwise came to repair my furnace, the tech showed me the pump wasn't seized and stated it looked like it wasn't installed correctly. After spending less than an hour putting the burner back together correctly, we had heat again. I will be calling Airwise for my future HVAC needs."
