"I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. "Heath saved the day! I was hosting a afternoon party and woke up to a 62° house. After contacting Angie’s list for emergency service they recommended Heath. He was here within 45 minutes after contacting. He was pleasant, professional and knows his trade. After diagnosing the problem he said it was the intake motor, he examined it finding a blockage which he removed then cleaned. He even went the extra mile checking to see if the motor was still under warranty In case it was compromised and checked back with me the next day. He didn’t charge me an emergency call only the service fee which was very reasonable. I will use him in the future for any furnace or air conditioning needs as I know he is dependable, honest, skilled and a nice guy."
