"I would recommend this company to ANYONE who asks. They were so professional and helpful. We hired them to install a whole new AC system in our home we had just purchased in San Marcos. They came out for an estimate almost immediately- and scheduled the work the very next week! We did have some hiccups with the actual unit- it was sent to them damaged- so our AC wasnâ t working initially. However- They paid for us to stay in a hotel on the nights we had to wait for the new unit!! I was very impressed with the professionalism and customer service. Once the new unit arrived- they even did additional work to ensure we donâ t have any further issues down the road-(As they home we purchased was built many years ago) and dealing with Connor was such a pleasant experience. I would hire them again for sure! You wonâ t be disappointed! "

"Out of four estimates this was a personal experience mom and pop compared to large companies. I am sure there are strengths for all, but for me, I liked that the owner was part of the solution. As such, be took extra time, only when I asked, to explain things to me. It felt personal and more importantly, I felt like his teams work was going to be on par with what he would do in his own home. The result was probably more than I needed, as was explained, but with the owner taking the time, I bought a larger, more expensive system. That was a big step. Then came the uncertainty of the install. That's where the experience and confidence shined. Many choices all met with concern, humor and care. It is pretty rare for me, today, to feel good about service providers in my home. Mostly met with mixed results and disappointment. My opinion is that should never happen and if it does the exception rather than the fearful expectation. These folks are too notch. "Salesman was great. Knowledgeable, responsive to questions and pleasant. The two technicians were on time, neat, clean, polite, Knowledgeable and did the installation without issue. They were really excellent, as was the salesman. The office staff was also polite and responsive. They have a great team. I thought they were a little pricey, but the did give me a discount and free air cleaner. They also have a maintenance agreement and will come out twice a year and check the system and change the filters. "

"Both Ed and Daniel were very honest, accommodating and generous with their time and expertise. Being experts, they knew nothing was wrong with the furnace we called about. It wasn't working because of a slight defect in the system and because it had not been operated for an extended period of time. They were honest about it, fixed it and made it work for free.
