"Toilet re-install because my DIY install caused a ceiling leak. Horizon Services charged a reasonable $376 (with discounts). My only concern was 1 of the 2 workers was not Covid vaccinated. My wife and I are 72 yrs old vaccinated with co-morbidity issues. ALL businesses should notify customers of the COVID vaccination status of employees working in customers' homes. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS FOR THE WORK. But, they need to amend COVID policy. Once vaccines recive full FDA approval ALL business must require COVID vaccination as a condition of employment."

Joe was thorough in is investigation and was kind enough to explain everything he was doing, so I understood. He did not have the part to fix it right then, so they had to order it and come back. He and Rico came back for the repair and both were very nice and knowledgeable. I feel confident with their work, and they were a pleasure to deal with. I feel the price is a little high, but they warranty their work and seem to have very skilled workers, so I think it is worth the peace of mind. Also, all the office staff on the phone were great to deal with as well."
