"We were so impressed with Green City from start to finish! Isaac was an excellent communicator and facilitator. He didn't try to sell me an expensive furnace, he helped me get the right furnace. The installers took their time to get the job done right. Everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful. We love our new furnace and will definitely call Green City when we're ready to install the actual air conditioning unit in the future. I'll be recommending Green City to our friends and neighbors as a great local company that gets the job done at the right price."

"We were very pleased with the quick response, detailed information, professional and courteous staff at all levels. Our old furnace died in November on a Friday. Other businesses couldn't get anyone out to repair and replace it for 2-3 weeks. Ranger had it replaced on Monday for us. This week our electronic air filter quit working. Again we had a quick response with a simple fix at no charge. All of our questions were answered fully and information given about the latest models but with no pressure to buy. We will absolutely use Ranger again and refer our friends and family to them."

"We had a really good experience with Pacific Air Systems. They were good. "

"Robert answered my inquiry almost immediately after I submitted my request. He was even able to come early the next morning, even though I sent in a request in the evening, he probably fix my issue, and informed me on why it was the case. He gave me the pricing upfront. Even though the cost for these type of things in general are more expensive than I think they should be, HVAC service pros gets a great recommendation for me. I would say the pricing for this service is definitely competitive, so it wasn’t a big deal."

"I give SeaTown Electric Heating and Air my highest recommendation. Our technician David, arrived on time and was super helpful. This company doesn't try to sell you something you don't need, but are fully focused on the problem and customer service. I learned a lot from David about the American Standard System we have, so I can better properly spot problems to take care of, and when to call for service. SeaTown is now a go-to company for our home, rentals, and recommendations to family and friends."

"We have a very old, complex HVAC system and they have been very responsive and keep it running smoothly. I will continue to use this company exclusivey."

"Great customer service for maintenance on a ductless system."

"My complaints are: 1. He was allotted too much time and had no where to go (I guess) so stayed and talked and talked. I on the other hand had an appointment so was getting concerned about the time.
2. Since the thermostat matter only took a few minutes, I asked him to check the furnace and air conditioner for me. He did so but it was in such a perfunctory manner, as to not be of any value. He was done in seconds.
3. He was very nice in that he tried to explain the necessary steps for settings on the thermostat (it is far more detailed then necessary for my lifestyle) but then repeated it over and over again. Adding new facts, leaving out others. By the time he left, I had lost the jest of what he had said. Once good demonstration would have done it.
4. The most annoying of all was the way he tried to sell me their Service Plan. When he first started his spiel, I told him in no uncertain terms that I do not buy those, never have, never well. That did not seem to stop the sales pitch. It continued onward. Finally, it seemed to come to an end, only to reemerge later on. I know they make commissions off these plans but don't believe that a visit that I am paying for, should include being pounded about something that will generate more income to them.
