The lady that answered the worked wonders and found tech close by that could come the next morning. I received a call the tech was going to be earlier than expected. Great news on a hot day with no air. The service was efficient and fair priced. Within a hour my unit was up and running again. The sales office followed up right after to schedule a time to look a future options since my unit is getting up there in age. No pushy sales. Professional, quality service. "Rhett came out and did a thorough evaluation of all components of our heat pumps. He found wiring that had been connected incorrectly, as well as wiring that was never connected, which was causing our heat to blow cold air (thus defeating the purpose of having the heat on!) He rewired two of the units and added Freon to one that was low, and the heat has been working perfectly since. Rhett is easy to reach, honest, personable, thorough, and makes sure you understand what is going on and the work he is going to do to fix the problem. His pricing is fair, and he gets the job done right."

He explained the immediate repair as well as issues to anticipate with my fairly old (15 year old system), including the caution that my systems R22 refrigerant is no longer being produced and is becoming cost prohibitive to replace (I.e. for recharging).
