After weighing the options we decided to replace our entire unit. He was not pushy and answered all our questions. He came the next day to install the new unit. Electrician and other Seatown workmen also participated in the project. I really appreciated the fact that two apprentices were part of the project and were being taught by the more experienced people, which indicates the company's commitment to well trained and cohesive staff. They also did a respectable clean-up before departure."

"I had an appointment to get my ancient gas furnace tuned up and I have to say, the technician Kevin did an excellent job. I I could give him more than 5 stars I would. It started with how nice and polite he was. He put a mask on when I asked without giving me a hard time. This is very appreciated. Then he noticed something was not hooked up (the fan only function) and he fixed it. Then he noticed the holder for my filter wasn't seated right so he fixed that (which was no small amount of work), and then he cleaned two areas of the furnace I NEVER saw anyone else clean in the 15 years I have lived here. Then he cleaned everything up and made sure to explain everything well and made sure I was happy with everything. I cant even believe the excellent service. On top of that he was quick, efficient but did not make me feel rushed. This ancient furnace is working better than it has in years! Do not hesitate to go with Smart Electric - they are top notch - oh yeah - on top of all of this great service, the price was $100 less than other companies I had out to do the same job! The other companies charged more and did less. Smart Electric just got a customer for life. I highly recommend!!!"

They completed the repair, and then checked over our furnace while they were there. We also signed up for a reduced rate for a yearly servicing of the furnace. We then called back and had them service our air-conditioning unit and signed up for a reduced rate for yearly servicing. Very professional."
