"Excellent! All old systems were removed and all new Carrier equipment was installed. This work was performed in May of 2018 so I have had a year to evaluate the heating and air conditioning performance. Other than some dampers coming loose and requiring service calls there were no issues with any of the equipment or installation work. Tyler is a great company with an excellent sales and service force. My installers were fantastic and there was some follow-up work afterwards like insect guards for the intake and exhaust of the furnace and installation of new wiring for a modern thermostat. Tyler completed all projects and I am completely satisfied and happy with their performance. I would HIGHLY recommend Tyler for all you HVAC needs. We did a complete replacement of both heating and A/C and Tyler did a fantastic job."

He checked the return, the air flow, the temperature at all of the vents, and the entire system. It had more to do with the age of the system and gave us suggestions on how a different filter could increase the air flow. He did all of this and refused to take any money for his time. "There was a snag at the beginning when they realized, after beginning to dig, that the AC unit was on top of the oil tank and they'd have to call someone in to move it before digging could continue. That delayed things a few days, but thereafter they did a good job of digging and were very careful with our trees. They also took care not to ruin the lawn with the machinery. The new tank and heater were quickly put in the basement with no problems."

"We recently used Bell to replace our central air system in our home. From start to finish the job went smoothly. The initial consultation was done thoroughly and professionally, measuring each room of the house to determine what size units we needed, etc. The price quoted was fair and reasonable. Once we said yes a start date was put on the calendar, when the date came Bell was there as promised and the job was completed faster than initially thought. They were clean, left no mess anywhere, professional, knowledgable and nice. Bell did a great job and i would highly recommend them. I did not grade them on quality because we have not actually used the units yet but I'm sure the units will function perfectly next summer.
