"Excellent! All old systems were removed and all new Carrier equipment was installed. This work was performed in May of 2018 so I have had a year to evaluate the heating and air conditioning performance. Other than some dampers coming loose and requiring service calls there were no issues with any of the equipment or installation work. Tyler is a great company with an excellent sales and service force. My installers were fantastic and there was some follow-up work afterwards like insect guards for the intake and exhaust of the furnace and installation of new wiring for a modern thermostat. Tyler completed all projects and I am completely satisfied and happy with their performance. I would HIGHLY recommend Tyler for all you HVAC needs. We did a complete replacement of both heating and A/C and Tyler did a fantastic job."

He checked the return, the air flow, the temperature at all of the vents, and the entire system. It had more to do with the age of the system and gave us suggestions on how a different filter could increase the air flow. He did all of this and refused to take any money for his time. "There was a snag at the beginning when they realized, after beginning to dig, that the AC unit was on top of the oil tank and they'd have to call someone in to move it before digging could continue. That delayed things a few days, but thereafter they did a good job of digging and were very careful with our trees. They also took care not to ruin the lawn with the machinery. "Advanced Professionals was very prompt in sending someone over to our office to assess the issues with our Air Conditioning unit. "We finished our basement last year. At that time we upgraded our existing furnace so that we can heat both main floor and basement. Another HVAC contractor (not Bell Heating) performed this task and added two zone dampers for the two floors. After this work was complete, the main floor was always overheated. Since the original heating contractor refused to fix this problem, I contacted Bell Heating. George from Bell Heating explained that the zone damper for the main floor is stuck at open position blowing hot air all the time. The original zone damper was in a very difficult to reach position above a corridor and there were gas and drainage pipes surrounding it. George and his supervisor worked very hard to cut ductwork to extract the old zone damper and patched the hole. They ordered a new one to replace it. When the new one arrived, they placed the new zone damper in a position which can be easily accessed. This work involved repeated visits from Bell because the damper was not a size that is readily available in market. Now everything is working fine and main floor heating is again controlled by the thermostat as it should be. I am very pleased with Bell heating for fixing this problem."
