"Phil's team did a great job. They were punctual. They kept their work area clean, and left the place looking like it did before they came. The guys were professional, and Phil followed up with me at my home after the install to do a final inspection of the work. Phil got me significantly increased air flow for a marginal additional cost. This was probably the best part of the service. He understands how to maximize the system. "Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.

"Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."

"The repair process started on 4/20/22. Was repaired on 5/4/22. There were numerous appointments that were rescheduled. We were without air conditioning during this time. When the techinician was here they were very professional.Just glad to have air conditioning again."

"Did a nice job, especially considering that the well guy hadn't arrived yet so I didn't have running water. It was noisy (not a problem, just the machinery doing its job) but they did a good job. He cleaned my air ducts & vent covers, gave me some good suggestions & recommendations - the house had sat empty for several years, so there were issues. He offered to add dryer vent cleaning at the 'deal' price, which ended up to be more than he bargained for since it was completely blocked and coming apart.

"They came in to inspect our firplace and chimney the summer of 2012, and they were honest with us.  The person who came out let us know that our system was in great condition, and did not need any service. He could of easliy over sold us on unnecessary products and services. We appreciate his honesty.
