"Ranger is what you as a customer hope to find. Initial call for appointment was quick/personal and thorough. Ranger emailed us a pic. of tech rep. who would be performing the work, providing us with a secure way to confirm on arrival - very nice touch. Tech was on time, highly professional and very thorough in furnace cleaning/service work. Answered all our questions, cleaned up all residue and provided us with a receipt for charges via email. We used Ranger's "special" and feel we got excellent value for the money. We will certainly use Ranger for any HVAC service and new product bids/recommendations. "My furnace quit working on Sunday.  I mentioned this to a friend of mine, and he suggested Pacific Air.  First thing Monday morning I called them.  Ashley answered on her cell phone, as she wasn't in the office yet.  I made an appointment for that afternoon. Later that morning, I got a call that Bill was in the area and could come out right away.  So in about 3 hours after I called, my furnace was fixed.  Bill suggested that my 22 year old furnace needed a complete maintenance tune up.  So Tuesday morning William came and clean and adjusted the furnace.  I am very pleased with the prompt  and courteous service.  The price seems reasonable too.

"Robert answered my inquiry almost immediately after I submitted my request. He was even able to come early the next morning, even though I sent in a request in the evening, he probably fix my issue, and informed me on why it was the case. He gave me the pricing upfront. Even though the cost for these type of things in general are more expensive than I think they should be, HVAC service pros gets a great recommendation for me. I would say the pricing for this service is definitely competitive, so it wasn’t a big deal."

"In the beginning the 4 nations of Electric, Plumbing, Heating, and Air lived in harmony. Because Seatown maintained the balance. We have used Seatown for 15 projects now for spanning all their services. When we bought our old home, we had Seatown and other competitors provide quotes on installing HVAC. Their planning, thoughtfulness to our needs, price is why we chose them. As the summer heat spikes, we don’t regret our choice and are glad that our home is an oasis. Every time they come out, we ask for more things to be done than what was agreed to and every time they work to extra hard to get it all done. They go the extra mile in doing some simple projects for free and giving advice on how to lower our costs as new homeowners. I have been able to call or text them about issues or ideas and get advice with out the pressure to buy services. That’s not something you find in just any company. "My complaints are: 1. He was allotted too much time and had no where to go (I guess) so stayed and talked and talked. I on the other hand had an appointment so was getting concerned about the time.
2. Since the thermostat matter only took a few minutes, I asked him to check the furnace and air conditioner for me. He did so but it was in such a perfunctory manner, as to not be of any value. He was done in seconds.
3. He was very nice in that he tried to explain the necessary steps for settings on the thermostat (it is far more detailed then necessary for my lifestyle) but then repeated it over and over again. Adding new facts, leaving out others. By the time he left, I had lost the jest of what he had said. Once good demonstration would have done it.
4. The most annoying of all was the way he tried to sell me their Service Plan. When he first started his spiel, I told him in no uncertain terms that I do not buy those, never have, never well. That did not seem to stop the sales pitch. It continued onward. Finally, it seemed to come to an end, only to reemerge later on. I know they make commissions off these plans but don't believe that a visit that I am paying for, should include being pounded about something that will generate more income to them.
