asked for best time to call and I put in 9:30 AM. At 9:30 AM a young
lady called and I told her what was happening. She said they would come
out and look at it that day. A service man was at my door before 5:00
pm. He inspected my Air conditioner and found the problem. He then
explained what was wrong and gave me a quote to fix it. I authorized the
repair and he had it up and running in about 30 minutes. The total was
exactly the quote. I would recommend their services for this work

"Wes and an assistant technician came at their assigned time at 9am and worked hard all day until after 7pm. They were very effective and detailed in locating the problems with my duct system (there were many) and ensuring their setup was meticulously done so that the Aeroseal air sealing went well. Their attention to detail was fantastic and when they went to do the sealing treatment they showed me what they were doing and explained how the Aeroseal system works. They even printed a graph for me on how the sealing measures tightened up my ducts.
My HVAC duct system was exceptionally leaky. It started leaking at 414 cfm and by the time Wes was done doing the Aeroseal treatment it only leaked 160 cfm. I didn't expect them to be able to seal all of the leaks, but they got most of them. I was running the downstairs AC this morning and I can feel the difference in the amount of AC now blowing out of the downstairs vents. I am certain this will also help on our heating bills in the winter."

Since I can do most of my services remotely with you over the phone, I am hoping to eventually open up to larger markets and help people from having to take their computer in to get it fixed, if it has internet access, I can usually fix it over the Internet. I work on a flat rate service, and don't charge by the hour because I feel it's important to educate the customer on what the issue is/was, and how to avoid it in the future. I feel that local service companies (my competition) have been overcharging customers for years. I offer a first time customer discount of 10% but I will offer 15% off for first time customers referred by Angies List. I've lived in the Huntsville area most all my life, so I know the area very well. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself. Lastly, I should point out that I am a former offensive lineman for the University of Southern Mississippi and was Brett Favre's center his freshman year at Southern. I went on to play for Tom Landry in his last year, but gave up pro football early on to pursue my passion of fixing computers. If I didn't have bills to pay, I would do this for free because I love it! If you have a computer problem, I promise you that you couldn't find a better technician that will care about you as a customer, and not about the bottom line. "Service went very well. I live in Tallahassee in Huntington Woods. My house is over 20 years old and had the original A/C unit. Our A/C went on the fritz. Guess we were lucky it lasted as long as it did.
I had a great experience, after calling around and looking on the Internet, these guys were easy to work with and had the best prices. They were able to do a same day service for me which helped with an uncomfortable and pregnant wife. They were able to get us a better unit than what we had. They also got us a better one than what we had looked at elsewhere, and we got it for a better price. They also gave us a 10 year parts and labor warranty which provides us with total piece of mind, 365 days a year for 10 years. We LOVE our new A/C unit, it's so much colder than the old one. We will be recommending them to everyone."

"The entire experience was great.  There is no such thing as perfect, but when there was a problem AAA handled everything very well.  The first thing they did was came out and removed all the insulation and junk left in the crawl space by they previous owners of the house.  Then they spent several days trenching around the base of the foundation so they could install the drainage pipe.  After the pipe was installed they covered it with gravel that they had to move from the edge of our property because a dump truck couldn't get closer and then get it under the house.  All of the water runs to a sump pump at the corner of the house.  After that was completed they installed a new vapor barrier, sealed off the crawl space completely and installed a dehumidifier in the crawl space instead of putting in new insulation.
I purchased the dehumidifier separately from dehumidifierexperts.com whom I would also recommend.
All in all I am very pleased with the folks at AAA and would recommend them to anyone.
