During his site visit, Tony also recommended some cost-effective ducting modifications to ensure air was supplied to the upper floor of our rowhome properly. The full replacement was performed in a single day and was scheduled quickly even though it was the middle of June (peak season). Lisa remained communicative throughout the process and Tony and his crew were awesome. They took extra care as they removed the old system and carefully brought in the new parts and cleaned up very well after themselves. We are extremely satisfied and I highly recommend East Coast Comfort for simple repairs or a full system installation. My family is now enjoying cool air and energy savings."

"Only wanted to sell me a complete HVAC unit. Immediately said that condenser was obviously short of Freon and that they would have to replace condenser, coil and heater unit.
