Mr. Kaurin visited us and inspected the unit He reported that the air compressor's low voltage source was disconnected and that the capacitor was bad. He replaced and repaired the unit and had it operating within 1/2 hour of his visit. We will have "Good to Go" replace both our furnace and A/C system when either system becomes un-repairable. "Paul identified and resolved several issues with my HVAC system. It is a three zone system with dampers, one of which had failed. Though he hoped to replace the server, it was non-standard and he had to cut into the plenum and replace the entire damper unit. Plus the layout of the system was such that access to the area was unusually difficult. He also serviced the outside condenser unit more thoroughly than I have seen over the years. And installed one wi-fi thermostat and moved another. I felt that his charges were very reasonable considering all that was asked of him.
