"I had a 20+ year old air conditioning system and didn't want to nurse it through another summer season so I started looking for a replacement during the very polar cold month of February 2019. Of the three bids I received, I was most impressed with Polar Bear Air Conditioning & Heating Inc's responsiveness, professionalism and price. Three days after I signed a contract, Team Polar was at my house at 8:30 am and by 1:00 pm I had a new air conditioning system! "I contacted Bluestar Air Mechanical for a second opinion after an appointment with Air One. I have a Carrier HVAC system, and the Air One technician recommended a complete system replacement, claiming the blower was bad, the furnace control board needed replacing, and that there were other issues. Since replacing the HVAC is a big investment, I wanted to get a second opinion. It was only after comparing the service from Bluestar that I realized Air One may have been pushing for a new system sale or lacked the expertise to properly diagnose and repair the actual problems. Isaac, the technician from Bluestar, spent about an hour thoroughly diagnosing and fixing the issues. He found burnt wiring in the furnace and discovered that the wrong capacitor had been incorrectly installed in the AC. Isaac replaced the burnt wiring in the furnace and the capacitor in the AC. After these repairs, my Carrier system was back up and running—without the need for a costly replacement. Bluestar, and Isaac in particular, demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and honesty. They focused on resolving the actual issues instead of pushing for an unnecessary system replacement. I highly recommend Bluestar for their reliable service and Isaac’s thorough and knowledgeable work."

"The technician (Shammion) arrived on time and spent time listening to my concerns and answered my questions before proceeding with the work. "We had them Replaced furnace and air conditioning unit. It was installed about a year ago but they came out for a regular service about a month ago. the service was free, part of the contract. I have no complaints, it was all good. They were responsive. they were punctual. I have no problems, it was a good deal when I bought it, it's a good deal now. I don't have any issues with how the service went. i bought it through them and I have no regrets and everything was the same as I felt when I bought it. It was a good deal, I made the right choice. Competitive pricing, but more importantly quality service and honest and personable employees. Came with all necessary parts and gave me options did not try to upscale but gave me realistic options for my house and financial status. Replace outdoor unit (heat pump) Carrier and new compatible furnace with free electronic air filter. Fantastic company!"
