"Our air conditioning was not working and our house was extremely hot. I called on a Sunday afternoon and Matt came later in the afternoon and fixed our problem. Our air-conditioning is working again and we will finally be able to have a good night sleep. I was thrilled that Matt came out on a Sunday evening and fixed our problem. He also took the time to show me how to change the filters in our unit and had me practice to make sure that I could do it by myself. I would highly recommend Conde Tech Services."

"They installed a new boiler and central air conditioning in my DC rowhome and did a fantastic job. Joe answered all of my questions and they stayed on schedule with the project which was great because it was a larger project. "The technician (Shammion) arrived on time and spent time listening to my concerns and answered my questions before proceeding with the work. Shammion has serviced my furnace and a/c unit previously, and on each occasion he has spent time informing me how various parts of my HVAC should work and what I need to do to get the most from the systems. On this occasion, Shammion instructed me on how to use my new thermostat and how best to keep my condenser coil clean in the future. "Quickly diagnosed the central air conditioning system, and gave an estimate on the cost of recharging the refrigerant in the compressor. The system is a 14 year old Carrier unit. Albert also included some sealant that may plug up the slow leak of refrigerant that occurs every 2 years or so. Albert also, showed me how to adjust the damper to control the flow of air to the second and third floors of the house. The other company that arrived wanted to charge me $5,000 to repair the system or close to $7,000 to replace the AC system with new. I intend to call upon Magna Tech Temp Air, Inc when I'm ready to purchase a new HVAC system. Thanks again for taking the time to listen to my concerns. Well done!!!"

"On a very hot weekend, I lost my air conditioning and could not reach my regular HVAC contractor. "I discovered my heat pump fan not working on a Saturday after midnight. I sent in a request to homeadvisor and this company responded at 7:30am Sumday with tech availability the same day. They came out and found the problem right away. Their prices are very reasonable especially since it was the weekend. I would highly recommend them for all your heating and air conditioning needs. "We had them Replaced furnace and air conditioning unit. It was installed about a year ago but they came out for a regular service about a month ago. the service was free, part of the contract. I have no complaints, it was all good. They were responsive. they were punctual. I have no problems, it was a good deal when I bought it, it's a good deal now. I don't have any issues with how the service went. i bought it through them and I have no regrets and everything was the same as I felt when I bought it. It was a good deal, I made the right choice. Anytime you buy a major system and it doesn't go right you have a problem. I'm a happy camper.1 worker took less than an hour to complete."
