"Our experience with The Weather Busters has been EXCELLENT. Not only are these guys PROFESSIONALS at what they do, they are also probably one of the BEST companies I've dealt with as far as customer service is concerned. 
As summer hit us, our air-conditioning system started to give us major issues. We initially called The Weather Busters, and their crew came over at 6 PM the same day, spent 2 hours getting our old system to work. They signed us up for their 'Gold Membership', 25 bucks a month, call them any time 24 hrs if we have issues, and this also gave us special pricing on repairs and new equipment. This was totally worth it. Since that first call to them in early June, we had them over almost every week (once on a Saturday at 8 PM), to help get our old (dying) system back up.
We finally bit the bullet and decided to replace the entire system. The entire transaction was smooth, right from getting the quote to having the team come out and install, to followup on the new system two days later. We are very happy with the end result.
