"I originally called Air 1 for an appointment last Friday, see their review I wote....I gave them an "F". As a result of that visit, I called Weather Busters. Jim Cosmos spent a lengthy time on the phone with me explaining the nature of how an AC unit works and some of the options of what might be wrong so he sent out a Master Techinician today. P.S. - The Air 1 guy said that I needed 6 pounds of refridgerant......Weather Busters said it actually took 3 lbs. I KNEW that the Air 1 guy was not to be trusted. Trust your instincts!!!

"tech arrived on time. Seemed to have taken longer, but was very friendly/polite. Have not verified/tested performance of the dryer yet. But price-wise - it looked pretty good deal for $60. Until, i saw other promotions for entire house duct cleaning that includes dryer vent cleaning. I did not look for them before. If i did - i would have chosen one of those, it would worked out cheaper and saved time. Still, the Green Air care was good"
