"Had an "A/C tune up" done to an old central air system. Guy was really knowledgeable, walk me thru the inspection, and was really thorough. I feel like the A/C tune special is a bit misleading. Yeah they check the unit but any small repair that needs to be done is extra. Also person had to reschedule from a Sat to Sun appointment and was 3 to 4 hours late on the Sunday appointment. I get it's the busy season. However, I would hire again and recommend to others. They seem honest about the work which is rare for any job."

They moved quickly to remove an old central A/C unit and installed 4 new ecobee thermostats and explained exactly how the process would go. That delayed things a few days, but thereafter they did a good job of digging and were very careful with our trees. They also took care not to ruin the lawn with the machinery.
