"Very expensive project having my Central Air and Furnace go out at the same time. We had a new furnace installed last week and we were not satisfied with how it was working. I called Hurley and David and had a technician come out, it was determined we needed a bigger BTU furnace. I spoke to Michelle Creek who ensured me they would order a new one and have it installed. "The guys were on time, cheerful, thorough, and and got the job done. They were thoughtful about my cat, too. The 'sanitization' stuff they sprayed did smell for a few days, despite my airing out the house with the windows open, but it did eventually go away. And they must have gotten a lot of dust out because my children (who are usually very sneezy with the dust pumping through our house) have seemed much better since the ducts got cleaned. Very happy with the service. I used an Angie's List "deal" for the service--I was in a hurry to get it done (my kids had dropped some art supplies down a vent that were making clicking noised that were driving me nuts) so I didn't compare prices at all, I just looked for a company that seemed thorough and they they were. And the clicking sounds of rogue art supplies is gone. Yay!"
