"The installer found that we needed another part, other than just the compressor, that he didn't have (this was for an air-conditioning unit and we live in Arizona so its vital to have this work) so he called around until he found one then drove to pick it up and stayed late to be sure we had a working unit before he left. Also, Clayda is an associate who I dealt with at Mechanical Brothers and she too was amazing! I highly recommend Mechanical Brothers!!"

"They showed up same day I made the call. They are very expensive. I paid $192.00 to correctly attach the air vent on top of the water heater. He did not use new parts. He used the same parts I had already. All he did was expand the vent with a pair of pliers and reattached it to the water heater. Too expensive."
