Super responsive and knowledgeable! We had been dealing with a number of different contractors for months during the summer heat wave, but no luck getting our AC fixed. Mauricio was great to work with. He went above and beyond on this job.
He was available to answer any questions I had even before he was hired. When I needed the work done, they were available and did the job quickly, neatly and efficiently. When was the last time somebody did something exactly as they said they would?
I am pleased to be able to answer that question in an affirmative way because of the recent installation of a heat pump system by Tim Mitchell and his crew.
With the onset of this heat wave which is supposed to last a while, I am sitting
in a perfectly cooled upstairs office in my home and constantly reminded of the integrity and workmanship by Efficiency Air Inc., Timâ s company.
Just like so many of the other reviews on this page, I am in agreement with the positive comments and the work was finished (and I mean correctly completed) in one day.
This was no small matter and the attic work alone was performed carefully and
in sync with everyone else to complete what seemed to me a fairly complicated job.
Later in the year when the weather drops below 50° which is cool for SO CAL, I know I will be sitting in my cozy warm office due to this same heat pump system.
I highly recommend this company, I suffered through 3 other sales pitches prior to meeting Tim, who is straight up about his business, experience, and practices. He doesnâ t do shortcuts or play any of the add on games that bump prices after the fact.
We may live in a temperate part of the state, but we still need the niceties of quality and affordable heating and air.
One more thing, good communication seems like a lost art in this day and age but this will not be a problem if you use Efficiency Air, instead be prepared for great communication followed by action from start to finish.
It is quite refreshing.

My review is a bit different...
I already got solar approximately 9 years ago (from a different company). Much to my surprise, after a few years, the system wasnâ t working well, so I called the company only to find out that they closed down and are out of business. I wasn't called, emailed, or sent a letter. They just closed and left me with a broken system and no one to service it. Just to add, this system had a warranty, but because the company closed, that warranty was void. As you can imagine, this was super frustrating and shocking to learn.
I started having high bills again. I met with multiple solar companies trying to figure out how to fix my unique situation. Every single solar company that came to my house pushed me to throw away the old system and replace it completely with a new one (from their company, of course), which is quite costly!
Then finally, I got in touch with Royal Construction. Thank God I did. Isaac came by and took a quick look at the system. He offered a system check up by one of their engineers to try and fix the existing system before exploring other options, and they DID! They fixed my existing system and helped me install an additional system to help me avoid electrical bills when charging our electrical vehicles.

Don Lusk worked with me to address a tear in my duct work rather than replacing all the runs (which other companies suggested). He thought outside the box to find a good solution. Pleased with customer service and clear communication. They showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. Courteous crew. I recommend this company and have also switched to working with them in the future through a yearly service contract (at my request).

Had them blow in insulation. We had only r8 since house was built. It looks like they used enough. Only recommend they ask you if you want cat walks done or not. I would have removed the boards to get a full even coat. But overall very happy.
