"We had a great experience with Phoenix HVAC this weekend. We had been having issues with our air conditioning flow and sent a few messages to various companies in the early hours of Saturday morning requesting quotes. Phoenix HVAC responded incredibly quickly in just a matter of hours and came by to do an assessment. Tony and Bob were extremely friendly and walked us through the issues and fixes, answering all our questions in a supportive and non-condescending way. They were also not dismissive about any of the issues we had. We appreciated how they did not try to sell us anything that wasn t standard, being completely transparent and helpful throughout the process. We were so impressed, we decided to use them for our regular maintenance."

"I had the best experience. It was a super hot day and my air conditioner stopped working (it had given me problems in the past and i knew it was time for a new one). Called Keith Lascos heating and cooling; told them the situation and they said they would be out by my house around 5pm. Not only did they show up on time but they completed the installation the very same night. The price was fair and they answered all my questions and ever since I have had no problems with my AC. It was probably the best experience I've ever had with a HVAC company."
