"My air conditioning condenser went out the fan stoped blowing on the hottest night of the year. He contacted me right away the next morning at 9 am and we made an appointment for that afternoon a Saturday that was forecast to be over 100 degrees . I was expecting to be told I needed to buy a whole new condenser unit and I wouldn t have air conditioning until Monday. Crossing my fingers that it wouldn t cost more than my credit card limit. He came and gave me a fair quote for a new unit and also quoted me for a repair he said should keep the unit running for three or four more years. He showed me the most cost effective solution to my problem. He explained the pros and cons to each scenario. What I thought was going to be a financial crisis in the thousands of dollars and a weekend of sweaty misery. Ended up in the hundreds and I m sitting in my living room enjoying the air conditioning all before 3pm. Best service I ve ever had !!!"

"If you are looking for new A/C systems - look no further. The team at Enoch is the best I’ve ever seen. I have never seen a large HVAC vendor that the owner of the company came out to do the original walk through. Miles (the owner) is professional and extremely knowledgeable. Not only was his bid incredibly competitive - he also notice that we wanted to have two crews to handle the large home project we had done for new A/C and furnace solutions. The work was done all in one day and they spend extra time cleaning up after all the work was done. Then the next day Miles called me back to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. If you are getting bids for new AC systems - you must have Enoch come out and give you a bid. I rank them a 10 out of 10. The best I’ve ever seen."

"Poor installation. Wouldn't work until they got someone else to come and help. They disconnected my alarm and now I need to have an alarm company reset. Mislead me about noisy air conditioner. Always late. For installation and initial contact. I spent $3200 and still have the same noise coming from my air conditioner. They just wanted me to get a new unit. Yes I have a brand new unit but I'm out 3200 for the same noise and the money to hire an alarm company. I feel they took advantage of me"
