"

I was very impressed by Polar Bear Heating & Air Conditioning. They were professional, courteous, sensitive to time and financial constraints, and really wonderful to work with. Joe took a lot of time discussing options with me and ultimately even came to my house to see the system and discuss next steps in person. Angel's knowledge of HVAC systems and repair was outstanding. I really appreciated all of the time and effort they put into fixing our problem. I would HIGHLY recommend them and will absolutely use them again if we have any additional HVAC issues.

"I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional service provided by Air Quality HVAC LLC, specifically their technician Jay Vardhan. In the midst of a chilly evening with temperatures plummeting into the 30s, my nearly 20-year-old Lennox HVAC system decided to stop heating. Having dealt with major HVAC service companies in the past, where the experience often felt like a battle of wits against deceptive practices, I approached this situation with a sense of trepidation. Upon the recommendation of a neighbor, I decided to reach out to Amar from Air Quality HVAC LLC. To my relief, Jay Vardhan was dispatched to my home within an hour, accompanied by a reasonable service fee. From the moment Jay stepped into my home, it was evident that he was not your average technician. Jay's professionalism, technical competence, and, above all, his honesty, set him apart from the rest. Unlike previous encounters with other companies, Jay took the time to methodically run checks on my HVAC system, explaining each step of the process with clarity and patience. His knowledge was not only evident but also accompanied by a genuine desire to educate and inform rather than exploit. What truly stood out was Jay's honesty and transparency. He provided insights into potential issues and presented a range of options without any hint of upselling or deceit. It was like having a conversation with a trusted friend or family member who genuinely had your best interests at heart. The issue with my HVAC system turned out to be a tripped limit switch, and Jay, with his commendable patience, navigated the challenging design of the Lennox system to reset it and restore functionality. The level of dedication and commitment displayed by Jay was truly commendable. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Jay Vardhan and Amar from Air Quality HVAC LLC for providing a service that goes beyond the norm. In an industry where honesty and integrity have become rare commodities, encountering professionals like Jay is a refreshing and reassuring experience. The work was done efficiently, and my trust in HVAC technicians has been restored. I wholeheartedly recommend Air Quality HVAC LLC for their exceptional service and commitment to honesty in an industry where it is often lacking."

"Quickly diagnosed the central air conditioning system, and gave an estimate on the cost of recharging the refrigerant in the compressor. The system is a 14 year old Carrier unit. Albert also included some sealant that may plug up the slow leak of refrigerant that occurs every 2 years or so. Albert also, showed me how to adjust the damper to control the flow of air to the second and third floors of the house. The other company that arrived wanted to charge me $5,000 to repair the system or close to $7,000 to replace the AC system with new. I intend to call upon Magna Tech Temp Air, Inc when I'm ready to purchase a new HVAC system. Thanks again for taking the time to listen to my concerns. Well done!!!"

"The technician (Shammion) arrived on time and spent time listening to my concerns and answered my questions before proceeding with the work. Shammion has serviced my furnace and a/c unit previously, and on each occasion he has spent time informing me how various parts of my HVAC should work and what I need to do to get the most from the systems. On this occasion, Shammion instructed me on how to use my new thermostat and how best to keep my condenser coil clean in the future. The work was done expertly and in a professional manner, and I highly recommend Shammion and McCrea Heating and Air Conditioning."

"OUTSTANDING JOB, REPLACED MY OLD CENTRAL AIR CONDITION SYSTEM."

"The technician arrived sooner than I expected. That was a great plus. He quickly diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed it. I asked about installing a Air Scrubber. He had one in his van. I had him install it. Tech was friendly and very knowledgeable. Great work."
