"Got the job done right and quickly! Great unit! It was residential replacement of Central Air Conditioning Unit."

"These guys are awesome!!!! I woke up at 8am Sunday morning in JULY and my AC WAS OUT! I called three other companies and they either did not answer or I left a message. When I called Metro AC Dewayne answered and told me he could have someone out today, he also explained their emergency call service fee of $150.00 but I totally understood since it was Sunday morning. He took my information and told me a technician would call me within the hour. Larry, the technician called me about 15 min later and said he could be there by 1000am. Dewayne called me back about 45 min later to make sure Larry had called me and set up a time. Larry showed up at around 950. I showed him where the compressor was and that it had been running but the fan had not been spinning. He looked at everything and came in and explained he felt it was only the capacitor but it might be the motor. His plan was the replace capacitor and if that didn't work we would change out the motor. He replaced the capacitor, checked the pressures and temps coming out of AC, changed out my air filter (which he did not have to do) and was done by 1100!! Larry was nice and used shoe covers and was very professional! Metro air conditioning will be my new go to AC and heating repair and maintenance shop!!"

"Jack at A-Anderson came out on very short notice on a Sunday night to look at our AC unit. He spent 1.5 hours testing and evaluating the unit to determine the problem. He replaced a faulty capacitor and added some Puron at a very reasonable price. He closed up the unit and cranked it up - we've been cool ever since. I would highly recommend Jack and A-Anderson AC to anyone. Prompt, friendly and quality AC repair companies are hard to find and I'm glad Home Advisor found Jack for me."

"Our upstairs HVAC system is old and we're trying to do everything we can to make it last as long as possible. They came out and tuned it up and added a gallon of Freon. The unit is running great because of their quick tune up."

"My air conditioning condenser went out the fan stoped blowing on the hottest night of the year. He contacted me right away the next morning at 9 am and we made an appointment for that afternoon a Saturday that was forecast to be over 100 degrees . I was expecting to be told I needed to buy a whole new condenser unit and I wouldn t have air conditioning until Monday. Crossing my fingers that it wouldn t cost more than my credit card limit. He came and gave me a fair quote for a new unit and also quoted me for a repair he said should keep the unit running for three or four more years. He showed me the most cost effective solution to my problem. He explained the pros and cons to each scenario. What I thought was going to be a financial crisis in the thousands of dollars and a weekend of sweaty misery. Ended up in the hundreds and I m sitting in my living room enjoying the air conditioning all before 3pm. Best service I ve ever had !!!"

"ARS is one class act! They maintain excellent lines of communication, and their technicians are very professional. If you are looking to replace, or repair your HVAC, I highly recommend ARS! Weâ ve had experience with a few other companies in the metroplex, and the stories will astonish you. When we contacted ARS, they assured us of their commitment to customer satisfaction. "If you are looking for new A/C systems - look no further. The team at Enoch is the best I’ve ever seen. I have never seen a large HVAC vendor that the owner of the company came out to do the original walk through. Miles (the owner) is professional and extremely knowledgeable. Not only was his bid incredibly competitive - he also notice that we wanted to have two crews to handle the large home project we had done for new A/C and furnace solutions. The work was done all in one day and they spend extra time cleaning up after all the work was done. Then the next day Miles called me back to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. If you are getting bids for new AC systems - you must have Enoch come out and give you a bid. I rank them a 10 out of 10. The best I’ve ever seen."

"Poor installation. Wouldn't work until they got someone else to come and help. They disconnected my alarm and now I need to have an alarm company reset. Mislead me about noisy air conditioner. Always late. For installation and initial contact. I spent $3200 and still have the same noise coming from my air conditioner. They just wanted me to get a new unit. Yes I have a brand new unit but I'm out 3200 for the same noise and the money to hire an alarm company. I feel they took advantage of me"
