"Came earlier than scheduled but did call first. Inspected unit and found several issues including an incorrect previous repair. Quoted a price, left to get parts needed for repair. Air runs better than I ever remember. Did talk me into a membership but that was my choice. Would hire again, if needed. Very courteous and explained everything to me."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
