"Our technician Justin was incredible. First off, he called prior to arrival and gave me a window of when to expect him. He was kind and courtesy and respectful of our home. He spend all the time necessary to do the annual inspection and cleaning of both the furnace and air conditioner. Upon completion, he shared what he found. He alerted me to an item that may need addressing down the road but never pressured me to complete the work that day. Elite is just an overall great company to work with. Getting a service contract with them gives a client priority if there is every any issue. I would highly recommend using this company."

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with. I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer. There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer. Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS. He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well. He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition.
A few weeks later I got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim. He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable. I will definitely use his services again.
