"Review by Claudette L. in Fall River, MA Project: Removed Whirlpool central A/C & Installed Concord central air conditioning condenser. Rick was excellent, pleasant, skilled & responded quickly after my initial request. He was very proficient, addressed all of my questions & concerns. He also managed to schedule my work quickly to complete the job & be sure that my new A/C was working properly before his departure. He was also reasonable with his original quote for his services & did not change this price upon completion. I will absolutely call Rick for any future heating or air conditioning issues. & would highly recommend Rick Maloney heating & cooling to friends & family."

"Chris installed two Mitsubishi mini-split air conditioning/heat pump systems in our home. Chris responded quickly to our request for a proposal. He came to our home in a few days, did a thorough review of our options, explained how the systems work and patiently answered all our questions. He sent us his proposal the same day and his estimate was very reasonable. He installed our system in one day even though it required him to work late into the evening due to a delay in the delivery of the equipment caused by a major traffic accident. Chris is very professional and a pleasure to deal with. We recommend him without reservation."

"Majic Air was awesome. So glad I found them on your website. Thank you!"

"Dylan was amazing. My hvac person retired & I found Dylan when my Central air decided to act up. He explained my unit was in approaching its last days but he could attempt to repair it if I wished but I decided it was time to do a complete new heating & cooling system & he made it a easy process. No pressure & no stress. Now we’re ready for the heat wave that’s apon on us. Thank you Dylan & your team for your professionalism & great service. I highly recommend & they’re my go to for plumbing as well as I’m about to have them replace my hot water tank before it becomes an issue"

"This was the best service with 2 highly qualified gentlemen. They were both knowlegable and friendly. They arrived 20 minutes after the initial call which was at the end of their day. They could have gone home for the day like the bigger companies did but instead they stopped on their way home and serviced my central air condition system in the middle of a heat wave. Unlike the other companies that I called who couldn't respond for 3 to 5 days even after I explained I had an infant to keep cool. If you're looking for a reliable company MTS is where you should shop"

"Eddie was very friendly and informative. He actually showed up 2 days earlier than planned. He was very honest and explained why my ac did not seem to be cooling, he did not try to do unnecessary repairs. He also answered a ton of questions I had that were not even related to the issue he was here for!! I would definitely recommend his company to anyone that needs service. He was a pleasure to have at my home and deserves a 10 â ï¸ â ï¸ review!!! Diana and Steve Dawson"

"Absolutely fantastic job installing my new furnace. They knew we had family visiting during a humid stretch of weather and stayed late night to get our central air back online. Cannot recommend these folks enough."

"Extremely friendly service. Prompt and professional. It was a little more expensive than I thought it would be to swap out a light/exhaust fan, but the work was excellent and I would hire again in the future."

"Friendly, trustworthy people came to my home. I have had them exclusively taking care of my boiler, furnace and air conditioning unit for many years. They make themselves available and answer all calls promptly. I enjoy it went they come because they are friendly people."
