"Brian and his crew did a great job servicing the 2 A/C units and swamp cooler. He is very thorough. During the service of one of the A/C units he discovered the fan motor was over amping. He removed and replaced the fan unit all under warranty. The poor air flow problem in two of the rooms was somewhat of a mystery. After all other avenues were exhausted an access hole had to be cut into the ceiling (no attic access is available) to expose the ducting. It turns out that a piece of the insulation in the sheet metal duct work had been poorly installed when the house was built (not Brian) and had fallen away blocking the ducting to the rooms with the poor air flow. Mystery solved. Brain left no stone unturned in the resolution of this problem. The attic where the ducting is located is extremely small and it was very hot but Brian did not let the conditions deter him from doing an outstanding job. Brian is the only one I will call for any A/C work!"

"They did an excellent job on rerouting our dryer vent line. They were on time, professional and left the place immaculate. I highly recommend Aace’s. I had several companies come out for an estimate and this was the only company that I was impressed with. Dealing with the owner James was very easy, he actually answers his phone. I would definitely hire them again."

"I had a great experience with Next Level Air Conditioning. Leo was very knowledgeable and transparent with the work he performed at my home. He also did 2 follow up calls to check on the work he performed and to make sure everything was working perfectly. I would totally recommend to anyone who is looking for a honest, reliable, and knowledgeable AC/heating company."

"I set up an appointment online from Connecticut for 9 o'clock. Luis called to confirm. Arrived early. He called before he did any repairs, to give me the estimate. Completed the repair in a timely manner. My tenant was very happy with their work. Apparatus Air Conditioning & Heating is now my go to company for my air-conditioning needs."

"I wasn't sure I was 100% happy with the design of the new duct system they were going to put in, but the installers added another vent to improve the air flow to one room that did not get circulation, so I am very happy with the work they did!"

"Air conditioning service was not performed because I needed and purchased a new system. Refund of $69 for service was not refunded as promised."

"I needed a new air conditioner, and I found Rightime Home services through Costco. Dominick arrived at my house was honest and straight forward with my quote. You cannot beat the Costco warranty for this installation. Tyler and Sonny arrived on time with their crew and completed the project in 2 days. They were professional, informative, clean. These gentlemen gutted my original air conditioner and installed a new unit. I would highly recommend this company to do any job at my house."
