Cecil has painted several bedrooms and installed ceiling fans for me. He also put a heat resistant film on my storm door which required an exceptional amount of patience. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit.
