Ed, the technician, and Steve, the Service Manager, helped me find filters that will help with my allergies and asthma and yet were affordable. I used the "Comfort Care" plan, which has discounts for parts and includes service for all my units."

"Anthony and Kaitlyn were amazing! They both went over and beyond helping me with my warranty co. Witch I had been dealing with for 4 mouths. They got things done. Not only did they help with the warranty co they went over all my options, cost and time frames. Worked around my schedule. Showed and explained to me in detail what was wrong with my 2 units. Showed up for appointments. What a blessing! I cant even begin to tell you how how much I appreciated all the extra effort. Both Anthony and Kaitlyn (put in hrs.) dealing with my warranty co. He spent time talking to the manufacturer and then helped us solve the issue in a timely and cost effective manner.
