"Majic Air did a great job of listening to our desires. We wanted to install central air conditioning in our two story home. We did not want ductless wall units. Shawn, the salesman, was able to come up with a plan that combined traditional ducted AC for the first floor of our home with ductless ceiling cassettes for the second floor of our home, completed with one wall unit for our finished third floor office. We have the air conditioning we wanted and the look we desired. The installers were professional, hard-working, and incredibly neat - leaving us with a tidy home each day. This was a complex job, and Majic Air got it done."

"Dylan was amazing. My hvac person retired & I found Dylan when my Central air decided to act up. He explained my unit was in approaching its last days but he could attempt to repair it if I wished but I decided it was time to do a complete new heating & cooling system & he made it a easy process. No pressure & no stress. Now we’re ready for the heat wave that’s apon on us. Thank you Dylan & your team for your professionalism & great service. "This was the best service with 2 highly qualified gentlemen. They were both knowlegable and friendly. They arrived 20 minutes after the initial call which was at the end of their day. They could have gone home for the day like the bigger companies did but instead they stopped on their way home and serviced my central air condition system in the middle of a heat wave. Unlike the other companies that I called who couldn't respond for 3 to 5 days even after I explained I had an infant to keep cool. "My electrician from Cotti-Johnson HVAC was a master electrician. If you get him, you are getting the best. I went with the most expensive work package of the 3 that were presented. First off, it was pricey. I knew that going in. I want Cotti-Johnson to understand that I am serious about a working relationship with them. I feel I have done that with their electrical department. Now, if I need their plumbing or HVAC service, our relationship can build off the first experience."
