The secretary said she will dispatch a technician to my house. The technician did not arrive until 5:30. He was kind and was able to fix the capacitor, which was causing the issue. About a week later, their office followed up. I told the lady that the a/c was on, but now there was another sound coming from the system. The secretary indicated that the technician would call me that day to discuss and set up a follow up visit to address the issue. No one ever called."

Installation was done meticulously and with great care and the price was very fair. We paid about $6000 for a 4 ton American Standard (aka Trane) system. The first company that quoted me estimated $8900 for the exact same system and undoubtedly lower quality of work (Abundant Air Condition and Heating). Miles was my point of contact and did not try to push a sale and encouraged me to do some research for myself. "It is July 4th! Every big company I called said they didn t have any parts in stock, they could maybe help me next week I was so stressed out and so upset. Called Ruben s, Carlos showed up in two hours, when he said he would, he had the part on his truck and now I ve got air-conditioning! And he didn t up-charge me or give me a bunch of fast talking. No extra for the holiday. He explained and showed me stuff. I am very, very, very pleased and will recommend them again."
