"I have been using UIC's services for several years now. They have replaced two older furnaces a couple of years ago with new 2-stage Carrier Infinity units. They have performed flawlessly. Last week our third unit, the main furnace, was replaced with the new Carrier Infinity Modulating Air technology as recommended by Paul, our sale representative. Bruce, Jeff & Wes did a fabulous job on removing the old, and installing the new furnace. They were on time, well equipped, professional, thorough and completed the replacement furnace installation by 5:00 PM. A big job indeed. The new furnace is simply amazing. You must stand next to it to hear it running. The house is much more comfortable given the very slow furnace run modes with continual air movement (undetectable). Another great experience with UIC. "We recently moved into a house built in 1987 with the original air conditioning unit, which constantly ran without stopping.  It was a brutal summer, but it was definitely not running properly.  Joe came out himself to take a look.  He took a look at the entire system and suggested that we service the AC to make it function properly and not constantly run.  He also changed the air filter in the furnace.  I appreciated the fact that he did not push a new air conditioning system in the house considering the unit we have is 25+ years old.  He also gave us a few ideas on how to make our home more energy efficient.  He did a great job.
