Justin first showed up to evaluate my 15 year old unit - and then without any pressure, discussed my repair options, plus my replacement options. He was totally neutral, and I made my own decision with zero pressure. When I decided replacement was best for me, Justin found the ideal replacement high efficiency PTAC, priced it, picked it up from a warehouse and installed it flawlessly. He also checked in post-installation to ensure it was behaving correctly and that all settings were good. Iâ ve had many appliance specialists in my apartment, and Justin is THE BEST. Good, helpful, frank advice from someone who clearly loves repair and installation, plus helping people - who are freaked out by appliances - out. "Replaced old outside air Condenser and attic Air Handler with new updated equipment and refrigerant. Dan and Joe did incredible job on probably the hottest day of the year and got the job done fast. They were extremely effcient and and showed great professionalism and honesty. They made repairs in the system that they felt was needed to enhance my new system without charging me for the extra work. I'm sure that another installer would not have bothered to do that. They were very respectful of my Home and took great care to be clean and safe. I highly recommend this company."
