"We decided to use Shavitz Heating & Air Conditioning as the company for the install of our new furnace. What impressed us about Shavitz was their employees. They made the entire process a positive experience. Everyone that interacted with us had a friendly and professional demeanor. It started with the sales visit by Will Gutierrez who was a pleasure to deal with. He provided us with several options while never pressuring us to lean one way or another. He was patient with us and answered all our questions. His courteous approach gave us a positive view of the company he represented. The installing technician, Linas, and the tech that was assisting him only continued this professional trend. They both were equally as courteous. Once the work was complete, Linas made sure he answered all of our questions and that we felt comfortable with the operation of our new furnace and humidifier before he left. His patience was very much appreciated. He also made sure the area were the work was done was clean and all trash removed. Will Gutierrez followed up with us a few days afterwards to make sure all was well, and that we were pleased with the work and our new purchase. Our answer was a definite, yes."

"I got 4 separate quotes and Home Comfort Systems was below all of them. Steve recommended that we go with a smaller sized air conditioner unit. I was skeptical, but it was the correct decision. Our home is much more comfortable due to the lower humidity levels. The installation crew was courteous and showed up right on time. After the install was completed we noticed some noise coming from the condensation line. I called Steve and the next day his service crew arrived to add a small vent to the line and problem was solved. I was impressed how quickly they responded to my concerns. "We called United Heating and Air Conditioning for an annual furnace inspection for our new home. They scheduled quickly and easily. We then had a conflict and they re-scheduled just as easily. When they inspected the furnace it turned out it was extremely old and no longer safely operable. We required an emergency replacement. This was in November and we didn't want to be without a furnace. United Heating and Air Conditioning was able to come the next day (!) and install a new furnace. They took care of the installation, confirmed it worked, and hauled away our old furnace. They were quick and professional and stuck exactly to the quote.
