"Billy the sales guy is very thorough in his explanation and truly helped us understand what the differences are between systems and how it would benefit our family. He did not come across as pushy or high pressure which helped us feel more comfortable since this is a big purchase for us. "Service was very professional from Angel and Luis. Got the AC unit tuned up and checked it. Cleaned the ac unit and it needed to be leveled out got it all leveled out in no time. It was wiped with rags and especially since I have had construction going on downstairs for last 6 months and lots of construction dust. They were aware of the construction, so I guess I am really surprised that no vacuum was used?"
