The salesperson - Adam - explained me all pros and cons of various options, and we agreed on the option which is cost efficient and took into account all my preferences. "Despite a snow storm, they had a flexible schedule to check on my heat pump, which is for a mini-split/ductless heating/air conditioning system. The worker was able to quickly determine the problem and explain it to me in a manner that made sense. The worker also recommended coverings for the tubing on the side of my house for my system, as I didn't have any but wanted to get some installed. The company was flexible enough to both repair the heat pump compressor and on the same day get the covers installed. The process was quick."
