Tried everything I knew to get the house warmer. Called ARS, the scheduled tech and he showed up the same day. I will have to wait for new heat pump to come in. I am satisfied with service so far."

They came out to diagnose my issue free of charge AND knowing that I had been without air for a week already they loaned us a window unit. They came out the next day, put the window unit in and checked my system. Found out that the issue was not the coil, but even if it was the charge was way less than the invoice I had received from the other company. Thanks to Shamrock our air is working better than ever.
