Once we established contact, a planner came out and gave us detailed information on the system we wanted. They installed the furnace on time and very professionally. They also upgraded our air filtration system and thermostat. We are very satisfied with the work that Air Pros did. We would definitely use them again if we need the services or equipment they provide."

Tech was on time, highly professional and very thorough in furnace cleaning/service work. Answered all our questions, cleaned up all residue and provided us with a receipt for charges via email. We used Ranger's "special" and feel we got excellent value for the money. We will certainly use Ranger for any HVAC service and new product bids/recommendations. "Our air conditioning died right when the heat wave hit. (of course!) We spoke with Product Air and were able to have Eli come out and look at it the same day! After weighing the options we decided to replace our entire unit. He was not pushy and answered all our questions. He came the next day to install the new unit. It was Friday and he already had a busy schedule but still worked us in at the end of his day and was here until 8pm finishing up the job. Poor guy it was a 90 degree day! He even came back the next day at no charge to troubleshoot a problem in our crawlspace. I would use this company again and recommend them to anyone needing any type of heating or cooling work!"
