"After our 28 year old system died, we got quotes from several companies.  Ken at Moncrief was very knowledgable and was the only rep who made suggestions for improving duct work and our entire system, and all within our budget.  I did a lot of research on HVAC companies and on systems (consumer reports, etc.) so I had an idea of what I wanted and what to look out for.   Ken promptly provided a quote (and recommended one of the best systems that I had I had found from the research) and helped us decide between our two final choices of models.  Within days (thank goodness-it was summer!), installers Herman and Robbie arrived and worked all day.  Robbie returned the following day to complete the sheet metal work, check the system, and review our new controls with us.   They were both very professional and left the place cleaner than before.   We couldn't be happier with the system.  We were almost freezing with it set at our normal temperature.  I know we will save money in the long run and be much more comfortable.  The whole experience was wonderful.
